Reading class: Read tonight and have your Reading Log signed by a parent. Also finish chapter 2 in Island of the Blue Dolphins...
Science: Tomorrow we will begin our water presentations so have everything ready when you walk in the door. Poster... 1 page report... Everyone in your group ready to present the information your researched.

Hi Mr.Howard, the Eagle did not come back yet today.:( My mom said that he came after I got on the bus this morning, then she said he left.
Hey Mr.Howard, I tried to go to the site but it kept going to advertisements. I clicked on the bird but it wouldn't work.

I live in Jackson County on Gilletts Lake(just east of the city of jackson). We have a male and female that have been at the lake all summer. They take turns setting on a branch watching over the lake. It's 11/02/2007 and the lake is freezing over. Today they both flew together and landed on the ice where the reeds are high. They have been chasing other birds and they strike at the waters surface for fish.

The eagle is here NOW at Gillets lake and it is by shady lane! (shady lane is on Gillets lake road)!
