New Unit

We have said good-bye to Earth Science for now completing our Compass Directions last week. Students used the Ipads to navigate and write directions for other groups, and myself, to follow. If we made it to their destination, they all received $100.00!!! Ok, I made the money part up. The kids really enjoyed wondering the halls and counting steps. 90% of all sixth graders wrote very specific directions and were successful.

Now we dive into Physical Science. Students started off this week using the Ipads to create presentations with the focus question, "What are atoms?"
