Comic Strip Homework


Homework - if you didn't get it done in class-
Make a four box comic strip on Erosion.
Make sure it deals with erosion AND it needs to be colored. You can be funny or serious with the facts. (Remember my Superman example I showed you in class) Have fun with it!!!!

NEW POWERPOINT ASSIGNMENT!!!!!!!!!!

Here are the directions:

You are to create another Power Point Presentation on Chemical & Physical Weathering.

You need-
*10-15 slides
*Include a Title slide with your name and homeroom... (this is counted as 1 of your total # of slides)
*You must have AT LEAST ONE informational slide on Dirt.... Soil.... Mud.... Sand.... Rocks.... Erosion....
*Other slides should focus on information and examples of Chemical Weathering & Physical Weathering
*Each topic should include pics and information.
*The last slide (also included in the total number) must be the source slide. This is a LIST of where you got all your information. (examples websites, books, magazines.) FROM YOUR HEAD DOES NOT COUNT!!! :)

Make sure you save it on your flash drive. And hit the save button after every slide. Have fun with it.

Line Graph Homework!!!!!!!!!!

Right now in science we are building graphs in order to help organize and conclude on data collected when we do labs. Monday and Tuesday students created bar graphs and Pie Graphs from candy hearts. Today we created line graphs in class.....

HOMEWORK TONIGHT!!!!!!

Students create a line graph over data they have collected. We discussed this in class and passed around ideas, such as Number of Wins the Wolverines have had from seasons 1997 -2008... Students are to create a line graph of their own liking tonight.
